Cheapest drinks in Gastown. Service is pretty mediocre and the kitchen is slow but its still a good value proposition. Hit it for happy hour and then wander somewhere with better vibes. Their fried pickles are the best option we tried; not a lot of places put dill in their batter, or dry their pickles before frying, and it makes a real difference. Get there early enough in the afternoon and you can grab an outdoor seat and be casually yelled at by inebriated youth and local transients. Solid Gastown experience across the board.
Best happy hour deals in Gastown, $3.50-$4.00 appies and drink specials. Daily food specials too. Servers are knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. They also have a wide variety of board and card games too! Great for groups or cozy sittings.
So I was looking for a great happy hour in Gastown. After a few misfires and an almost, I may have found it. Their happy hour is incredible! Cheap drinks, amazing food specials, and the service is top notch. Try the popcorn chicken or the calamari!!
Great little spot in gastown couple minutes away from the skytrain. $5 bellinis , with board games. Can't go wrong, staff was really friendly.
Their happy hour menu is fantastic and affordable, which is a bonus and the portions are a lot larger than you'd imagine for a happy hour meal.

Great place to warm up and have a great snack! The service was fast and friendly. We had a mini fish and chips during Happy Hour. The fries was really good and fish was tasty. Highly recommend.
I went there with a group of people after a conference one evening. They were beyond accommodating. They had plenty of room for any size group and had excellent service. The Bacon Blue burger was an explosion of flavour and the fries were perfect; crispy outside, fluffy inside. I will be back the next time I am in the city.
